With payment upon ordering, you can buy packets of 10, 20 or 40 thirty-minute conversation modules with a Native English speaker.

You will be contacted by your tutor to arrange the first lesson and discuss your specific interests, as well as exchange contact information.

Then you will be contacted directly by your mother tongue teacher through skype® for your first half hour conversation.

At the end of each lesson, the teacher will send you an email to confirm the completion of that lesson and to remind you of the date and time of the next lesson, as well as send you any necessary didactic materials.

This email is binding for both parties, but allows the possibility to reschedule the lesson with at least 24 hours notice.

So as not to interrupt the rhythm of the course, Emtrad will send notice (by SMS or email) before your last module, to remind you that the packet is about to expire and offer you the possibility to renew under the same conditions.

This will include (in the case of the ‘FOCUS’ packet) a short report on topics covered and improvements made during the course.
